Carlos Moreno will chair the Academia and Research Roundtable at the 13th World Urban Forum, from 13:00 to 15:00 on 21 May 2026 in Baku, Azerbaijan. Invited on behalf of the Executive Director of UN-Habitat, he will moderate this dedicated academic hub bringing together researchers and institutions advancing proximity-driven urban development.
