Río Negro Governor Alberto Weretilneck signed a cooperation agreement with IAE Paris-Sorbonne and the ETI Chair to support the province’s long-term urban and territorial planning. The first project will focus on the Alto Valle, addressing connectivity, the Tren del Valle, and the strategic corridors of Routes 22 and 151. Drawing on international expertise and the 15-minute city approach, the collaboration aims to anticipate the mobility, infrastructure and service needs arising from Río Negro’s economic and energy development.
