Le professeur Moreno, participera au Smart City Expo LATAM Congress organisé à Mérida au Yucatán dans le Mexique du 23 au 25 mai. Le mardi 23 mai, il participera à un dialogue avec le gouverneur du Yucatán, Mauricio Vila, et modéré par Pilar Conesa, l’organisateur du Smart City Expo World Congress. Cette échange aura pour thème ‘Faire du changement de modèle urbain et de mobilité une réalité’. Le lendemain matin, il donnera le discours principal de la conférence.
El profesor Moreno, participará en el Congreso Smart City Expo LATAM organizado en Mérida, Yucatán, México del 23 al 25 de mayo. El martes 23 de mayo participará en un diálogo con el gobernador de Yucatán, Mauricio Vila, moderado por Pilar Conesa, organizadora del Smart City Expo World Congress. El tema de este intercambio será “Hacer realidad el cambio de modelo urbano y de movilidad”. Al día siguiente, por la mañana, pronunciará la conferencia inaugural del congreso.
