Carlos Moreno will be presiding over the Scientific Committee of the CNAPPC and delivering a keynote titled “Why we need new urban paradigms: time, life and proximity.” He will also participate in a high-level round table on the 2026 CNAPPC Manifesto, contributing to discussions on a new urban humanism and the grammar of proximity, alongside leading international experts and policymakers.
