Río Negro reached a cooperation agreement with the Sorbonne to develop a strategic plan for the Alto Valle, focusing on regional connectivity, the Tren del Valle and Routes 22 and 151. The collaboration will bring together local knowledge and international expertise to anticipate future mobility and infrastructure needs, incorporating proximity-based urban planning and the principles of the 15-minute city.
