“The 15-Minute City with Carlos Moreno” lecture will take place at the District Architecture Center on Wednesday, May 13, 2024 from 6:00pm – 8:00pm. This lecture will focus on the “15-minute city” concept, which advocates for urban planning that enables residents to access all essential amenities and services within a short 15-minute walk or bike ride from their homes. The talk will explore the origins, evolution, and impacts of this model on creating more sustainable, livable, and socially inclusive cities and neighborhoods.
