Le Pr. Moreno a été invité à participer à l’événement « Smart City Exhibition 2013 », qui se tiendra à Bologne (Italie) les 16, 17 et 18 octobre 2013. Il interviendra en tant que « keynote speaker » le 17 octobre à 14h30 lors de la session intitulée Integration platforms and ICT solutions that solve urban problems.
