At the 2025 World Solar Energy Forum in Hermosillo, the concept of “15-Minute Cities” was presented with a focus on proximity to fight climate change locally. Carlos Moreno introduced the « rainbow of quality of life » model to promote sustainable, people-centered urban planning.
