The Governor of Jeju, Oh Young-hoon, will share opinions and discuss policy directions with Professor Carlos Moreno, who first proposed the concept of a 15-minute city in order to realize the ‘15-minute city Jeju’, the core promise of the 8th popularly elected Jeju Special Self-Governing Province.
